Initial deposit is refundable, and is used to secure your spot on the production schedule.

-Raw unfinished wall panels.
-Plans for pictured roof & foundation, resulting in a carbon negative structure!
-Plans for assembly & electrical
Shipping:
-Estimate can be provided prior to production, but final shipping cost to be calculated and paid separately prior to delivery.
Assembly:
-Price does not include assembly. Assembly to be completed by licensed local contractor. For additional fee we can come to site for assembly. To be discussed in initial discovery call.
