*NOTE, Price listed is the cost of the design deposit. This fee is used to configure the building and incorporate other aspects of build. If the project moves forward this deposit is deducted from the final invoice, if the project does not move forward into construction then the amount remaining less our design time, may be refunded. Full cost and scope of project to be determined during a discovery call.

Shipping:

-Estimate can be provided prior to production, but final shipping cost to be calculated and paid separately prior to delivery.

Assembly:

-Price does not include assembly. Assembly to be completed by licensed local contractor. For additional fee we can come to site for assembly. To be discussed in initial discovery call.
